The sixth day of Advent

This morning the Cat in the Hat was playing with Little N's little Legos.  Little N told me that we need to send the Cat in the Hat to America (more specifically to Andy and Kris) because the Cat in the Hat is getting into too much trouble and he thinks that they would like to play with the Cat in the Hat.  I just had to laugh at his reasoning.
We made up for day 5 - Our activity from day 5 was to make an ornament.  The ornament design was taken from something that John had made when he was a kid.  We took a styrofoam ball and cut it in half.  Then we put felt on it and then some garland.  To complete the ornament I will put a picture of their face.  To personalize it even more I put their initial on it.  It was a cute project.  Sadly burnt my finger gluing the garland around the edge.

Our day 6 activity was listening to Christmas music.  I was going to listen to the radio on the internet but decided to try the TV...so we listened to a variety of music some old Christmas songs, some modern, mostly English songs, a couple Spanish songs and then some where Mickey Mouse was singing with his friends. I think it's slightly ironic that we were listening to Christmas music on Chinese Pop Station but that's just life overseas.
The Scripture Verse that we read for today was Romans 16:20 – The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus will be with you.
