Day 21 - A recipe

Rice Pudding

1 cup of short grain rice (not minute rice)
1 cup of water
4 cups of milk

Cook 1 cup of rice with 1 cup of water.  Once the water has been absorbed into the rice put the three cups of milk in with the rice.....cook until the milk has been all absorbed on medium heat.....stirring occasionally! 

Add butter, sugar & cinammon on top. YUMMY!!!
