Happy Easter!

He is risen!  Jesus rising from the grave is the reason why we can have faith and trust that we will be going to Heaven.  If he hadn't risen from the grave there would be no need for Christianity....what we believe would be a false religion.  Thankfully Jesus rose from the grave, ascended up to heaven and seated next to God the Father waiting to return to take us up to join him!  Our Easter was very low key.  We woke up and headed over to church for some delicious rolls.  Then we had our Easter service.  Then we all took a nap (well maybe not John).....we woke up and had friends over for shish kaboobs.  Yummy! :-)  It was a nice Easter.
