We drove down to Fargo to help celebrate Grandpa O's birthday. Little N had a blast playing with his cousins. He also enjoyed swinging on the same swing as Reagan. Rachel's kids thought that Great Grandpa needed to have stuffed animals for his birthday....so they got him a teddy bear and a snow leopard that roars it was so cute to watch him interact with his great grandchildren. It was also so strange not to have Grandma Shirley there.

We went for a drive around the country! We finally found the bridge that goes no where. When we first moved here, Clint gave us a tour of the country, also showed us where everyone lives in the country, I have no idea how we went or anything like that I was so disorientated. But I remember that bridge and remember thinking what a fun shot that would be. So I built it up in my head thinking oh man how I wish I had taken that shot and just thinking it would be such a good thing. Well we finally went back to it because John finally realized what place I was talking about.....I was so happy that it was what I had remembered.
a diaper box. Little N had more fun sitting in the diaper box then anything else. He would just sit and giggle and then try to stick his hands out from the handles. It was so funny. I guess kids really don't need the fancy toys to keep them entertained. All you need is a box! :-)

Friday was the homecoming football game for the Cougars (our school's nickname) sadly it wasn't a good game because they lost badly. But we had a good time talking to the people who came to the football game.

Sorry.....in case you haven't noticed in my blogs.....Little N is walking! He does a pretty good job and doesn't really crawl at all anymore! Since we got back from CT, Little N has become a Daddy's boy! Mommy is sometimes okay but Daddy usually is ALWAYS better. We went outside one day and John and someone else were playing Frisbee....so Little N was playing with me, but really didn't want to so he set about going across our HUGE lawn to get to the person he wanted....Daddy!! Little N would get to John and then John would give him a hug walking across the lawn back to me and give him to me. So Little N again would make the HUGE walk across the lawn to get to him. It's quite funny and John really enjoys it!! Then later on in the day we noticed that Little N was sitting on one of his toys. It's got a hole to place balls in it and so sometimes he puts tons and tons of toys in the hole and when he can't get it out he tips it over to try and get the stuff out. Well we didn't notice in time so he just used it as a seat! It was very funny!!

Tuesday & Wednesday we had a special speaker.....speaking to us about his work in Kenya. Pastor Timothy is a evangalist in Kenya. He partnered up with someone who knew someone who asked John if Pastor Timothy could speak. It was a lot of fun and VERY encouraging. The first night Pastor Timothy talked about the need for revival. Then the second night he spoke about how we can get discouraged....I wasn't able to be listen to the two sermons both times because I had a little someone who kept on wanting to make noise.....so I missed out on parts of the sermon. But it was such an encouragement! We are so thankful that Pastor Timothy was able to come and encourage us.

Daddy tells me that I shouldn't ever just wear a diaper and socks. I don't get it......socks keep my feet warm and sometimes (alot of the time) I don't want to wear clothes!!
Here is my bruised up nose. It wasn't that bad when I fell just a few tears but there was no blood.
I am such a cool dude! I've learned that I can lean so whenever I can I try to lean. Sometimes it's tricky especially when I try to lean on daddy's leg.....then I just have to do the butt lean.
Mom not another picture PLEASE!!

So we took a bunch of kids to Thunder Road. We had tons of fun!! We played mini golf (Little N did too.....he held a golf ball the WHOLE time!!) We played the aracade (some WAY better than others.....Little N liked the motorcycle ride even without putting in any tokens). We rode the go carts (Okay Caristy did not nor did Little N.....Caristy had a little incident with a go cart in the past and decided it would be better for her physically that she didn't go....it's all Rich's fault!!!) Plus people did Bumper carts!! Little N had a fall and bumped his head and scratched his nose and we didn't think it would be that bad......we shall see!!

We went to a volleyball game! It was fun to watch. Most of the girls are just starting out learning how to play so it's fun to see how much they've learned in such a short amount of time. I have to say that John is the pied piper it seems like all the kids flock to him.

So the church has an upper room that is used as a youth room. They decided to paint the walls and do some fixing up in that room. What I thought was the coolest thing that they used was WHITE BOARD PAINT.....did you know that exisited? I knew that Chalk Board paint existed but not white board paint! I was SUPER excited! :-) More pictures of the room when it's finished! :-)

As we were driving back from Rochester we decided that we couldn't miss the chance to hang out with the Larsen family. When we got there it was so fun to see Andy and Kris. Watching Little N interact with all their kids. It was cute! Little N and J got into little fights (Little N didn't like to share J's ball.....and J would take food of Little N's tray....so I guess they are both good at sharing or not sharing!) Thank you guys for letting us come and visit. We were glad that we could stop by!!
