I think that the balls are taking over the house!

We had a very low key New Years. We basically had some guys over and played games on New Year Eve and just hung out on New Years day. We did discover that we think that the plastic balls are multiplying (we keep finding them everywhere). But Little N loves them!

Little N's Christmas

We opened our family present on Christmas morning at John's parents house. But one present couldn't be opened up at his parents house. So Little N opened his present when we got home. His present was 175 soft plastic balls. He loved opening them up and throwing them across the room. We actually got a video of his excitement. As for us....I'm not sure if we are regretting the decision of having that many balls in our house but Little N's excitement sure makes up for any doubts. Merry Christmas!!

Erickson Christmas

When the Erickson's get together it's just so much fun! Tons of food (seriously.....we could be there for days and not run out of food!!) laughter and love. This year we had a special visitor. Sadly Little N missed out on meeting him. Maybe next year! We had a great time together celebrating Jesus' birth. (All right there were a lot more pictures but I had to be picky with what I put out here.....so I'm sorry but I can't put all 150 pictures that I took from the day!!)

A wonderful treat!

Ole & John offered to take care of 5 kids so that the sister in laws could go out for lunch! It was such a special treat! We should make it a regular thing. After we got back for our meal....we were walked into a cute moment.....two little kids all snuggled up and sleeping.....okay well one of them wanted to go and play so we just told him to close his eyes for a second.....still a sweet innocent picture! Little N had a blast playing with his little people toys! What a fun and relaxing day!

Olson Christmas

Well we are starting our Christmas celebrations! In all I think we will be doing 4 or 5 Christmas celebrations. We didn't take an pictures of our little family Christmas.....well we did of part of it but that's coming later on! :-) We had a nice Christmas two types of meat, lots of food, fun and laughter. Little N loved all of his cousins presents. As you can see from some of the pictures between Little N and Little Sister! :-) Little N also loved unwrapping the presents he had to get all the paper off a present before he could move on. I love that little guy!
Can you tell what Little Sister is saying?

Christmas Eve Candle Light Service

We had our candle light service on Christmas Eve. It was such a nice service with Scripture reading, lighting of the Advent Candles and Christmas Songs. I decided this year I was gonna try to get a picture of all the candles (not the best pictures but you get the idea) lit up during the candle light part of the service. It was such a beautiful way to celebrate and anticipate Baby Jesus' Birth. Merry Christmas everyone!

I WIN, The Cookie event!!

It's the best day ever!! Mommy & Daddy let me have a WHOLE cookie!! (Yup, you heard right....a WHOLE cookie!) I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE bite of that delicious cookie that Daddy made! MMMMMM.......so yummy!! I wonder why I don't get cookies more often?

Daddy, I want a cookie.....if I don't I'll "help" (bother) you!

John was making cookies for people. Little N saw what John was making and decided that he wanted a cookie (he doesn't get cookies very often, usually at relatives houses and once in a blue moon at our house!) well the cookies weren't done so Little N didn't get any....so Little N proceeded to help John with everything he could. Taking out the dish clothes and helping take out the batteries or putting toys into places that he had a hard time getting them out! What a funny little guy Little N is!
