VBS - Day 3

Our VBS only goes 3 days (which is plenty long....mostly because we go from 8:45 - 3:00)!  Today we had some VERY fun and special things going on.  We had a scavenger hunt, a water balloon fight & the closing ceremony.   The bible lesson for today was talking about how the discipcles received the Holy Spirit and how it was a celebration.  We also saw sailor Jack and he was all tied up in knots & then the next time we saw him he gave us a juggling act.  Since we have been in Cooperstown every year one of the highlights has been a water balloon fight.  The kids just beg and beg for the water fight. It's really funny to watch.  It probably takes at least 5 hours to get all the water balloons ready & then 3 minutes for the kids to throw all the balloons. :-)  At the end of the day we had a skit....it was a pretty neat thing to do.....we had a guy who was Jesus and a story was told about how WE nailed him to the cross it was very visual and impacted us.
