Fire Fun!

It was a beautiful night and we decided to be outside to enjoy a fire & spend time together!  I had just figured out how to learn to take pictures metering off skin (basically you zoom in wicked close to your subject see what shutter and aperture you should shoot at and you should get a somewhat real and true to their skin tone picture! I love learning about photography and am learning new stuff everyday!)  I also love how pinecones hold their shape as they are burning in the fire!
