The Carnival

Well I (Caristy) was finally around for the Hartland Carnival! We used to go to the carnival all the time! We'd hang out, eating fried dough, play some games, and sometimes ride the rides. This year we went to watch my cousins' kids do a karate demonstration, I saw a bunch of people I knew and remembered for my times of working with the youth group and just living in Hartland. It was fun to be there but I also realized that there were kids there that looked about my age but as I watched them.....I realized they were high school students! Sheesh I guess I'm getting old but seriously I was just shocked by the behavior and clothes they were wearing!! :-)
